Can i be sued for libel if i left an anonymous comment on merchant circle (a site thats main and only purpose is to rate and comment your opinion about a business) that stated only truth about her business. Such as, her underpaid staff have no breaks and how she illegally pays her staff off the books and every 3 weeks. I have a few of her current staff ready to testify against her and more of her ex employees. i am also an exemployee. she knows its me only because i indirectly made it obvious like by quoting things shes said to me such as i have balls. but she cant prove im the one she said that to.

how can i prove the truth if i dont have ne physical evidence just witnesses?

i dont have ne proof that i even worked there bcuz i was off the books.

  1. You can be sued, but she can't win if you are telling the truth.

  2. If your post was truly anonymous, why are you worried about being sued?  If your post was truthful, then you have that as a defense anyway.  Move on.

  3. If you said the truth, then there is no libel. And how did they get damaged? No libel here. It would be there burden to prove you wrong. Don't worrry about it. Opinions are also not actionable.
