Libero!!!!?

Question

I have been a setter for the past 3 years but i am thinking i am better suited for libero. I think i know most of the libero rules but i was doing some research on the internet and it said the libero could not serve. Is this true because i thought they could maybe the rule has changed. Also what are there rules on hitting (the internet tends to be confusing.) Please cite a source so i can know for sure whether or not a libero can serve. Also anyone who is a libero or a coach i would like some tips, ideas, and drills to make sure i will be ready to try out for a libero this summer. An one last thing if you are a libero or coach or something and you think there is some kind of rule that i might not know that i need to know also add that.
