Libido during menstruation?

During my period my s*x drive -skyrockets- unbelievably more than usual. Does this happen to anyone else? Is it related to the hormone levels? Or am I just strange, lol?

    I think it happens to most women, because of the fluctuating hormone levels/emotions.
