Ahh, interesting question! I am a Libra Sun and Rising, and yes, I never feel completely alone. I talk to myself when nobody's around complete with hand gestures and all. I feel a need to explain myself when I'm doing things, and I am very careful with myself even when alone because I feel like their is a presence around me at all times, something I cannot explain.

I don't feel this in a paranoid kind of way. I am actually very comfortable with the "presence" around me, and I have come to see it as a friend.

Well I have Libra Moon....and yes, I do often think I'm being watched. Sometimes I even check my closet to make sure and everything. xD

oh my god, yeah. im like on the phone with my boyfriend at night, and im getting into bed with the lights off, and i feel like something. like i  feel something in the air, looking at me. lol no im not insane.

yes! even when i'm all alone. it's really annoying. i know deep down no one gives a stuff what i'm doing but i can rarely relax and do what comes naturally.
