Library Job in the UK or in EU member countries?

Question

I am a Librarian by profession in the Philippines working for more than three years now in an academic library. Having trained abroad, will this count much if ever I am going to find library job there? I need your thoughts.

YOu would have to check with the libraries. They might ask you to do a couple of courses to make sure your diploma is at *their level*, but with so much experience you should have no problem!
