Alright So im 16, and i dont have a license or permit, and my friend is 17 (almost 18) and hes had his license for 8 months... now my moms a complete hard *** and she wont let him drive me anywhere, because she thinks you have to be 18 AND have a license before you can start driving passengers under 18 around... so is this true?, and if so/ if not, can you provide a link to show Me that Im right/wrong so she will finally get off my case.... thanks
