If I want to get a license to a motorciycle so I could drive a 250cc in the streets of LA - how much its going to cost me? on average...

25 bucks. go the the dmv and pay 25 dollars. you will get a regular class c test (just one side if you already have a regular license) and a m1 written test. if you pass that, you get your permit to practice during day light hours but not on the freeways and with no passengers. You can schedule a appointment with the dmv to take the road test and if you pass, you will get yoru license for only 25 bucks =)

if you want it easier, take a safety rider's course. it'll run you about 250 but at least you're guarantee a license after the two day course. good luck!!
