License plate issue?????

hey all. in july of 2007 i purchased an '08 porsche 997 turbo, and i get it on july 6. it has no front license plate mount, and they must drill two holes in the bumper. i really don't want them to do this, and was wondering what the penalty is in ontario do drive without a front license plate?

if u have on 997 turbo like you say you do to people on the internet. then you wouldn't worry about the ticket you might get for not having a plate.  they won't arrest u, they won't take your porsche, real or not.  if u are asking if they will bust a 95 civic with no plate , then yes , and its ganna b more expensive than a honda bumper.

well if you are gonna pay for a brand new porsche i wouldnt worry about any ticket you will get.......throw the front plate in the windshield... in my state..MN, USA they say that is good enough.

My family and I live in california and my sister put her license plate displaying in the front windshield and she hasn't gotten pulled over in the years it's been like that. So I guess it's good enough.

just tape it on with duct-tape

I couldn't find the information about exactly what the fine would be for not having a front license plate. I checked with the ministry of transportation....and it just said to call with questions. So...here's their number:

Maybe you could put it in your windsheilf, or use tape instead of drilling holes?
