If you have your temps...can you drive out of your own state? Like when my family goes on vacation can i drive in other states with just my temps?

  2. Yes, you can, as long as you're with a licensed driver and comply with the rules and regulations of both your state and the state in which you're driving.

  3. It depends on the laws of the state concerned.  For example, I can tell you that Arizona does not recognize out-of-state learner's permits, only full licenses.  California, on the other hand, recognizes out-of-state permits, provided you comply with passenger restrictions.
