Question:

License revoked and car accident.

I was in a car accident last week where I got rear ended that caused extensive damage to my car. Clearly not my fault.

The cops arrived, took a report, and the other driver drove away. Apparently, my license was revoked and I rec'd a citation which I have since resolved. Will my license being revoked have any bearing at fault for the accident claim? The state is North Carolina.

  1. Don't be surprised if the liable insurance company brings it up and gives you a hassle about it.  They can give you a lot of grief over it.
