My license was suspended for 60 days because I had a JOL Restriction, for having people in my car. Is there anyway I can get that lowered, and will this stay on my record?

  1. NO!

Now I hope you have learned to follow the law.

  2. Once the 60 days is over the suspension will no longer show as active. It will show on your driving record that you were suspended, but as this is restricted information i wouldn't really worry too much.

The main thing is not to get your suspension extended. Here in CO, if you get caught driving under suspension your suspension is automatically extended a year...

  3. No,

it'll always be on your record..
