Question:

License suspended still? please help.?

I have recently (August 5th) had my license suspended for 90 days. I figured that they were suspended right after my court appearance. It's been a few weeks now and I haven't touched my car. I was just looking up my license status on the internet and it said it's valid. How long does it take for that suspension to take place? Do I receive something in the mail or what? I'm confused as h**l right now.

  1. With states and counties that offer the internet look up..... it takes time before the sites catch up.

If you get pulled over the officer will have all of the current info. Then you can get a driving on suspended.... big bucks and car insurance will skyrocket. They might tow the car which will be more money. They may arrest you. That will cost you bail wise.

This may all suck at the moment. But the court said 90 days so that it is what it is. Then you go and reinstate it.

Do not make the mistake I made that cost me $3000 later all told. And that was with a squeaky clean record and not having gotten a ticket in 20 years.

  2. Well I'd go by what the courts told you and not follow what the internet says for the simple pack it may not be updated just yet..you can wait a maybe a lil while and check again to see...

    best of luck

how long were they susended for??? Drinking drugs? what give details.. please!
