The lid to the Ultrex 6.375 qt. oval slow cooker Model 08326 exploded in the sink. The parts were cooled and were resting in the sink waiting to be hand washed. When filling the cermaic insert the lid sitting next to the oval insert suddenly exploded into thousands of peices. No water was touching the lid nor anything else. Innova, Inc. is out of business and I need to find a place the get a replacement. Can I still get a lit for this model or will I have to scrap a perfectly good appliance? Thanks in advance.
