Lido de jesolo..?

Question

im going to lido de jesolo in italy in august. Im staying in the hotel cesare augustus, has anyone been to this hotel or beach resort? Please let me know what it was like if you have. thanks.

I was there about three weeks ago (early June) and enjoyed it.  We stayed two nights at the Hotel Amalfi and left from the port to visit Venice.  At night they shut down the main street to autos and it becomes a big pedestrian mall.  There was a country and western band playing at the town square complete with line dancers -- it was funny to hear the songs in English and then the commentary in between songs in Italian.  There were plenty of outdoor bars and restaurants along the way.

I spent my vacations in Veneto every year.  It's a nice area.  You'll have easy access to  Venezia, Verona, Ferrara, Ravenna,  Lago di Garda and many other tourist sites.

The hotel is 4 star, I've heard is good..
