Is it possible for normal people to buy not-so-expensive REAL lie-detector machines or is it possible to use them in professional places for “stupid reasons” for small fees?

you might be able to buy a used one, but i have no idea how you could be sure it worked.

if you got an electrical engineer and a mechanical engineer, they could build one.  it isn't complex, technically.

This sounds like fun lol. I'm not sure if I can answer your question, but I can tell you that Lie Detectors are not 100% accurate. So be careful lol.
