Liebert 150kva 600 series single mod 3 ph

Question

I had the video display go out on start-up and the em. off light/buzzer smoked. The display board still has 48v and the three slot board it plugs in to (supplied by ribbon cables) has an indicator light on it that isn't illuminated. I'm not sure if it was ever illuminated or if it should be. I need to get the display up to move forward. Which direction should I go? I already tried to hook up an RS232 connection but had no luck there either. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
