Lien transfer questions?

I just refinanced my car and I'm not exactly sure what forms I need to fill out to transfer the lien to the new lienholder. I printed out the Prescribed Form For Release of Lien in order to show that the prior lien holder has been paid in full. What's next? Is there another form I need to fill out for proof of a new lien holder? I'm a TX resident if that makes any kind of jurisdictional difference.

Sorry don't know Tx law. In Florida and PA, I am familiar with the procedure. You apply for a new certificate of title with the old lien released and a new one listed on the application. The new bank would handle it for you.

The bank should be able to handle it for you, they did for me.
