I have joined my Parish Church small christian community group, where I try to help the people in my neighbourhood in various way, it could be monetary, personal level, education wise, developing different talents of the children, youth,senior citizens, working & housebound women, working and retired people. The needs of our neighbourhood families are conveyed to our parish church and the message from the parish is brought to the grassroot level. By having different socio-cultural activities and religious activities, we try to bring the families together, so that they can help themselves and those around them.

I have not killed them but it is still early. I have not stolen from them but I have not needed to (yet). I give things to them (if asked) and treat all with respect (if earned). That is my effortless effort. I'm talking about people in general.

I work in the caring profession where I have to be extremely kind, patient and supportive to everyone. Sometimes this can be very difficult and stressful as I am constantly "giving" of myself to others. Also I am here on YA to, hopefully, give information to lots of people lol.

I'm a child care provider and I work with children who get expelled from child care programs. I don't get paid any more than with any other child and sometimes not at all. I help these children feel like they belong. I am so strongly focused on the fact that children are our future and am doing my part in every way to ensure that as many as possible have a strong foundation and a secure sense of who they are. It's ofter a struggle, these kids mostly come from broken homes, are in foster care and feel unloved. What am I doing for others? Helping to shape Americas future, one child at a time.
