  1. Living in France is incredible, I lived in the South of France for 7 years and it was absolutely incredible. I went to school there and can safely say theyre much better than english schools, they concentrate on maths and french and other subjects are subsiduary, but I feel this gives you a much better grounding in the basics.

The comunity is the best aspect, the north of France varies largely from the south and cities from the country. In the country side towns have market days and people sell local wares, its simply amazing. Everyone knows everyone else and tends to be really friendly, theres a very artisanal culture, in a small village you may have one small convenience store and then a couple of bakeries, a butchers, a tobaconist, they break down their needs much more. Sure you still get malls futher out, but they have a strong belief in tradition.

If you need to know more just message, i'm heading to Bordeaux in the south in a few days :)

  2. How long will you be in Holland? Why don't you catch a flight to Paris  for a few days to see for yourself how things are in France.
