Life at Griffith Goldcoast ?

Question

I have an offer to join Griffith Uni in Goldcoast but i have a few concerns

1) Is goldcoast an expensive place to live due to the tourists ?

2) Part time Jobs in Goldcoast ?

3) Griffith University ?

Oh you will love it Griffith Uni is not far from where I live. There is a lot of work in the hospitality industry. I don't think it is any more expensive to live here as other cities in Australia. As far as tourism goes there is a big competition with restaraunts and accomodation for the tourist so good deals are always on offer. there's also aa lot of shopping centres so the shopping is also competitive. We have Aldi supermarkets. You can save a lot shopping there. House prices and accomodation have gone up a lot here in the last few years as such a lot of people coming to live here for the lifestyle ,beaches and quality of life.
