  1. WHY?????

Do you wnat to profit from thier death?

It will be very expensive also!!!!!

  2. Do it soon call State Farm now.

  3. What do your parents need with Life ins.  What you should get them is HEALTH ins.

  4. Depending on their situation, the need may not be there.

Having diabetes will cause a problem.  In most cases, that brings the chance of getting it to a 50/50 shot.

Not having health insurance is irrelevant.

Either way, you will need to talk with them about it.  Although you have an insurable interest, they need to sign off on it.

To mbcatz: You usually have good advice, but the last two answers I have seen from you was spreading misinformation.  Although the policies will be cost prohibitive, the amount you pay will not be the amount of coverage.

  5. I always wonder how some people make judgments about what someone needs and does not need.

First I have to assume you are talking about life insurance.

If that is the case you will be able to find life coverage for your parents the diabetes may present a problem.

The fact that they have not had health insurance Will have no effect on getting life or health insurance.

The cost is never as much as the payout. If that were true a 10K policy would cost 10K.

Use yellowpages.com to search for life insurance brokers in your area. A Broker represents multiple carriers and can help you sort through all the different insurance companies and plan options in your state. You can call your auto and home agent they specialize in property and causality insurance and usually have a good knowledge of life insurance. But you may have better luck with someone that specializes in life insurance. These areas of insurance even require separate licenses.

You can also check out this if you have trouble with the diabetes http://www.spectruminsurancegroup.com/di...

  6. You should be able to buy life insurance, but it's going to cost just about the same as the payout value.

So I'm not sure what the POINT of buying life insurance is, in that kind of case.

You'll just need to visit a high risk life insurance agent.
