I disagree with the dictum that life is short. It is just that time seems to run faster when you are happy, having a good time, in good health. And time drags when the reverse is true. An average lifespan in today's terms is a pre-tttttt-y long time, you know? Think back on all those thousands of memories you can call up in a flash, even in your mid-20s. Life is long enough. Just what you make of it, is what counts in the end...
