Life jacket water qustion?

I'm 16 and don't swim well in deep water i don't like deep water should i use a life jacket?

Yes you should definetely use a life jacket. I use a heavy duty whitewater life jacket. They are safer as they have higher floatation and a handy collar to keep your head above the water. The brand I use is called MTI - they make a jacket called Canyon. Also consider gettng a pair of flippers. The jacket will keep you afloat and the flippers will make it much easer to move around.
