what would be the life expectancy of a property , brick built breeze block inner leaf , built circa 1980 s . thanks

  1. Your question is too general. Assuming there are no other influences such as poor design and/or construction, weak foundations, landslip, clay/sand subsoil. Probably 200 - 300 years or more. Regular maintenance and repair is another factor that would cause fluctuations in life expectancy.


  2. Hello,

    it shouldn't last any longer or any less than any other property. I'd give it at least 100years - or else we'd know about it as the banks wouldn't lend on it.
