I always thought it was pretty stupid for the CEO to put his social security number in their ads, but I took it as confidence in their company like the ad said. I signed my family up after reading up on them. Now, I just read that his identity was stolen and their service didn't work at all. As a matter of fact, they are being sued by a bunch of customers. THe big irony is that I just received an email from them saying that they have added new features for free to make membership even better, such as online protection, etc. Minutes after readying the email in my yahoo account, I read the story about the lawsuits on the main Yahoo page. How did this happen? Did they always know that their program was a load of c**p?
