  1. I don't know

  2. i heard lifting while in basketball throws off ur shot (in season) so id do it in the offseason

  3. Don't try too hard. Take it easy and don't overlift because you will risk serious injuries to your muscles.

  4. I don't know how long you have been lifting so I couldn't tell you...just lift a amount that you are comfortable lifting.

  5. -Endurance is the most important aspect for basketball.

-Have you ever worked out? If you can't do 30 pushups with ease, I would start off with body weighted excercise, to build up your strength and your stabilizer muscles.

    Pushups:

    Wide with shoulders out (Chest)

Narrow with shoulders in (Triceps and Front Deltoids)

    Tricep Dips

Pull Ups: Underhand Grip and Overhand Grip, Both Wide and Narrow (Back,Shoulders,Arms,Upper Chest)

    Squats

One Legged Squats (off of a chair)

    Walking Leg Lounges

    Jumping Boxes

    Cav Raises off Steps

    Crunches (Upper Abs)

    Leg Raises (Lower Abs)
