Is it true that you only have to lift a moderate weight to get definition and progress? Isn't the idea just to get your muscles toned?

  1. Thank you so much for choosing me as the best answer on your last question

But you really shouldn't let your body worry you

you should keep track of your skills and girls and attitude and style

  2. NO, if you want larger muscles you have to lift heavy weights repetitively. If you want tone, lighter weights at higher reps.

  3. What you want to do is to lift a moderate weight three sets of 15 of each exercise but as well as that you need to do cardio to burn any fat cause fat will hide any definition. Lifting Large weights will make you bigger, this is known as size training. the other meathod i mentioned is strength training it will make you stronger as well as define your muscles.

  4. I've been an amateur body builder for 2 years (14 years old) and I've learned that....

HIGHER WEIGHT + LESS REPS =  MASS (BIG MUSCLES)

LOWER WEIGHT + MORE REPS = DEFINITION ( RIPPED MUSCLES)

HIGHER WEIGHT + MORE REPS = SORE ARMS XD

Good Luck and may you get Strong Like Bull. ^_^
