NOT!ive been working out for like 2 months now and i have increased my upper body from wearing a small t shirt...that looks fitted on my body to a medium t shirt that looks fit on my body... as in fit my arms would fill the size of an aeropostale or holister shirt and my chest is noticable...overall ive gained about 10-15 pounds differing from week to week...around 155-159 lbsfor sum reason i havent been gaining muscle mass like i have before ive been eating the same way ever since no major change in calorie intake...and yes healthy foods....why can this be that i am not seeing more of a difference other than looking more cut without flexing??
