NOT!

ive been working out for like 2 months now and i have increased my upper body from wearing a small t shirt...that looks fitted on my body to a medium t shirt that looks fit on my body... as in fit my arms would fill the size of an aeropostale or holister shirt and my chest is noticable...

overall ive gained about 10-15 pounds differing from week to week...around 155-159 lbs

for sum reason i havent been gaining muscle mass like i have before ive been eating the same way ever since no major change in calorie intake...and yes healthy foods....why can this be that i am not seeing more of a difference other than looking more cut without flexing??

  1. You can't get more output without more input. Look at what Michael Phelps ate to win 8 gold medals in swimming at the olympics. Increase your protein intake and also you need to use much greater weight but smaller repititions. Just working out a lot - doing the same amounts of weight and same number of repititions- is not going to give you continual muscle mass gain, you need to do things that are gonna up the game.

Just don't get a hernia. wear your belt.

  2. Poor baby!  It will all get better soon.  You want it ALL and you want it YESTERDAY.  It aint gonna happen. Patience is a virtue.  A spoonful here & a spoonful there works wonders.
