Question:

Light Yellow, Buttery Spanish Cheese - name?

30 years ago I was a student in Spain and would always buy this delicious light-yellow, buttery cheese. It was cut from a big wheel and was soft, but not super-soft. I'd eat it with bread and it was delicious - and fattening. I'd love to be able to find it again. At the time I believe it was nothing special or exotic, just one of the main cheeses in the case. Any ideas?ps - this was in Granada

pss. I lost my diary on a train in Zaragosa - any ideas on how to find this after 30 years?

thanks all!!
