Like the first poster said, a deck utilizing the Destiny Draw engine and LaDD (Light and Darkness Dragon) is known as Perfect Circle.

Ok I used to run Light and Darkness dragon and its so awesome. But the way you want to build it is a deck called Perfect Circle. Look it up at tcgplayer.com and look at the ones that finished in first place at shonen jump. It uses the Destiny hero draw engine and monarchs. Its so powerful.  I would dump the build you have now and use that one, trust.
