How do you do Light as a feather stiff as a board? Any experiences?? Did it actually work?

i'v never tried it befor but i think your suposed to have someone lay down and every one have their hands uner the person and chant "light as a feather stiff as a board" a few times...i don't really know that is what iv read on some sights.
