ok so when I was younger my mother told me she played that "game" with her friends a few times and it really worked..but you know as a child I didn't actually think it was possible for my mom to not be telling the truth lol..but now that im much older i wonder does it really work?

I tried it once with some of my fellow friends who practices witchcraft and it never worked.

Yeah. It works because there are a whole group of you all lifting at the same time. The weight is shared.

I've heard that from several people, but none who I trust enough to take their word for it, and my own attempts haven't worked.  I am willing to accept of the possibility, but would prefer empirical demonstration before calling it likely or probable.

yeah, us old people did that stuff when we were young, back in the 60and 70's.
