Light conversion?

What would this frequency be regarding to as lights i have seen seem to be measured in nm and these readings are very high 425nm - 525nm compared to my figure.

Can anyone tell me what i should be looking for or how I could convert this figure

Speed of Light = Wavelength * Frequency

For 425nm-:

3 * 10^8 = 425 * 10^-9 * Frequency

Frequency = 7.0588 * 10^14 Hertz

For 525nm-:

Frequency = 5.7143 * 10^14 Hertz
