Light is new,but only lights up extremely dim,...

Question

The light on my snowblower cracked, after it was replaced the new light was terribly dim. Is there some way to clean '' magneto'' to get more power generated to supply light or is there some other solution for this problem ? We have had a lot (Record Breaking) of snow and I don't always have the time to clear driveway before dark.
