Light spotting 5 days after my 1 week late Period?

HI, I ended my period 5 days ago(it was a week late!) and since then my husband and I have been BD and today I noticed that I had light pink blood when I wiped, but only then. Then just earlier, it was brownish. I have also been having cramping a few days and a loss of appetite since Thursday. Do you think maybe it was a very early miscarriage, or what? Maybe nothing? Any ideas would be helpful! Thanks everybody!

How heavy was your period that was 5 days late? Have you taken a pregnancy test? If your period was heavy it could of been an early miscarriage but it if was light maybe implantation bleeding. Hard to say, sorry
