Light therapy for acne

Question

i have heard alot about blue/red light therapy for acne.

a friend said that the light from a tanning bed, blacklights, and red blacklights are the same as the light therapy machines. i wanted to clarify this because i dont know ne thing about it and she said i should either book tanning sessions, or sit in front of my black and red blacklights instead of buying the therapy machine. any ideas if this is true

Not true trying to get rid of acne use zeno. it kills bacteria at  a low level of heat which does no harm to you you can't even feel the heat!
