Lightening at 32 weeks pregnant, will I deliver early?

My tummy has turned flat above it over night. I have a ton of pressure on my groin which causes pain when I walk. Mys tummy is visibly much lower. I am almost positive I have experienced lightening. I have a dr. apt. tomorrow. Since I am only 32 weeks, would this indicate that I might deliver early?

Babies can drop weeks before labour. Don't worry. Babies can even engage and then come back out again and wiggle some more.

more than half of first pregnancies the babies drop around week 33 - yet most carry their babies to term - 38-42 weeks pregnant so no it has no indication you'll deliver any earlier than the due date sorry
