Lighters, is there such a thing as an electrical lighter?

i want to go camping, inorder to set fire i need a portable lighter, but i don't want a traditional refillable one, i need an electrical one like those in a car, where can i get such a thing

Try a camping good store like Cabela's.

The electrical lighter in your car uses electricity to heat the filament.  You're probably not going to find a portable version of that.  At least not one that works nearly so well as a bic.

They do sell windproof (well, relatively windproof anyway) lighters that would work better for outdoors.  Search google for those.
