Lighting fixture came off wall?

Question

I was trying to change the light bulb in my closet and unscrewing the outer part(like most in the house) I didn't know it was bolted to the ceiling so I kinda pulled the whole thing off. I was wondering if I could somehow glue it back on or what?

they are usually screwed into the bracket or mounting inside the wall look for the screws in the fixture and where they would go. turn off the electricity at the breaker prior to touching anything. Not worth dieing over.
