Lightscribe help?

I have an Hp laptop with lighscribe, and when I insert it, it asks me if I want to use lightscribe to make a cd or dvd, but when click yes, it opens up the internet and gives me a list of programs that can use lightscribe, and a bunch of instructions of how to use the drive. Do I have to buy roxio dvd burning software it. THE SOFTWARE COSTS $100.00, ISNT MY LAPTOP SUPPOSE TO HAVE THE SOFTWARE?

Check with your dealer that if your package contain that software or not. if not then no problem you can have many free software for that purpose. Just go to www.download.com and search for DVD burning software. you'll get hundred of them.
