I like your style. However, I am thinking a deck purely made for Judgment Dragon. Which means you need 3 "Judgment Dragon"s. Put as many "Monster Reincarnation"s and "Herald of Creation"s as you can, as these will save Judgment Dragon. Other cards you could add are Beckoning Light and Gold Sarcophagus. Foolish Burial is a good call. This is what I'm thinking, but you may have a different opinion, but that's okay.
