Like around how much money do you need to have a decent wedding?

My husband and i just went to get married but civil just the two of us but we want to have a wedding and are on a tight bugget but want something decent. can you help?

All weddings have a lot of hoopla involved.Choose 3 things you thinks makes a wedding feel real to you then plan around those things.It can cost very little to many thousands its up to you.I think the dress for the bride has a lot to say for the day.Because its something you can never wear again and a few real flowers after that its just all what type of wedding it is,formal.casual,outdoorsey,garden type wedding.Enjoy it no matter what you decide.Don't forget the pictures!

You could probably do something like that for around Ã‚Â£200!!

A civil wedding will cost much less than a church and everything that goes with that. You just pay for the service and you are done! If you are just having you 2, then you can make it tiny to be honest. Go for it, it will be great! :) You could go for a meal at a really nice restaurant afterwards and that can be as cheap/expensive as you want!

That depends on what definition of "decent" you want. You can get married in court for the price of a license and court fees and then have a family dinner and that won't cost much at all.

The best way to work is decided how much you CAN spend and then work around that rather than the other way around. your budget will determine what and where you can and cannot go with this.
