Question:

Like chow mein, but thick noodles?

so i was babsitting and the mom was like hey we have leftover noodles for dinner last night help yourself to it for lunch. so i ate it and it was AMAZING. it was kinda like chow mein but the noodles were huge and so yummy. i dont know if it was chinese or some other kinda asain food. does anyone know what its called?

  2. maybe it was Pad See Ewe, which is a Thai noodle dish that has huge noodles with egg,broccoli,and it can sometimes contain beef, chicken, tofu or no protein(meat or soy product).  

  3. Shang hai noodles....were they dark in colour? brown? and maybe had sliced pork in them?  

  4. Just a chow mein but made with Singapore noodles.

    Fresh ones are wonderful, thick and juicy.

  5. Udon are thick, round noodles.

    Ho Fun are thick flat noodles.

    Singapore style noodles are very thin (Vermicelli)
