i like the same guy as my friend. he always like taps me when he walks by so i like look around as a joke. he sits behind me in science and he always like taps me on the back of my neck with his pencil. his friend always asks me if i like him so i think that he likes me but i'm not sure. anyway... my best friend likes him too!! i wanna tell her but i dont want her to think im copying her or i dont want her to get mad at me...

That's tough. If you ask me (and I know that you technically asked everyone but you get the point) then if you like this guy, why not just tell his friend that always asks if you like him yes and see where it goes from there. If he does like you back, then h'll probably ask you out after he's sure that you won't turn him down. So go ahead and say it. He'll do all the work, and your friend will only be disappointed that it's you and not her. And if this doesn't work, come back when it's over and blame me for giving you bad advice.
