I was in Glen Parva Young offenders 2 years ago for ABH and now am charged with this. Haven't been in trouble apart from this since getting out. They are also saying it was racial but my brief thinks they'll drop this as I am pleading guilty

  1. I have no idea but you now have a record for violent behaviour making you a danger to other people.  Knowing the british justice system not much will happen - people literally get away with murder in this country.  Perhaps you should look to try and turn your life around and learn to deal with your violent nature.

  2. You don't get sent to prison for a first offence of ABH so I am guessing that you have more previous convictions than you have mentioned. Either way the Court decided last time you deserved prison for a lesser assault so for a more serious assault, Wounding, you are likely to go to prison.

Prison is supposed to teach you a lesson. If you didn't get the message last time then hopefully a longer spell will help you learn that it's not acceptable to assault people because your offending is getting more serious each time.

  3. hmmm , you might get lucky, just hope the judge is in a ggood mood, and doesnt make an example of you, you might get a tag, or probabtion.

ps, just learn to control yourself, i got arrested for recently, but because i was provoked i got away with it.

  4. Glasgow - GBH with racial abuse at least 6 months in prison.

  5. You are at risk of being sent back to prison, although I do not know the full circumstances of your case. You are also at risk of being treated as a dangerous offender. Why have you not asked your brief what you are looking at? He/she knows all the facts of the case and how your local court is likely to sentence.

    Hope that helps.

  6. Six years I hope, you moron.
