Lilies planted in midsummer, will they come up again next year?

they are hardy mixed lillies. I know i planted them at an odd time but they were starting to mold and I just wanted to get them in the ground.

they are about 3-6 inches tall now.

do you think they will bloom this year and sprout again in the fall?

Yes, the lilies will bloom again next year.

Lilies are a spring bulb..Plant them now. Unless they are too far gone.You should have them come up in earl y spring.
