I want to know the name of the flower "Lily of the valley" in Spanish if it has one, like the equivalent of it? Or the name of a flower that looks similar to it. Thanks for all the help in advance. ^-^

Convallaria majalis. That is the Latin name and the name that will be understood in ANY language, by people who know plants.
