Limbs FAlling asleep!!?

Question

MY hands ,arms and sometimes all the way up to my shoulders fall asleep when I am sleeping... I wake up and?

they really hurt, it is usually my hands... but it happens all the time, I am 34weeks preg...and have gestatioal diabetes....I have tried many different sleeping positions,... it still happens.. i am going to ask the Doc next app. but was wondering if anybody knows anyhting about this.......

im only 18 weeks and last night going to bed i felt like i had growing pains in my leg, then when i woke up my right arm and leg were killing me like they had fallin asleep, but past the tingly part... sorry i cant help you but i know what it feels like.... hope you get a proper answer!

This happened to me every night with all 3 of my pregnancies :-(  ... it really sucks, but as soon as baby is born ... it stops!!!

This could be carpel tunnal syndrome. I get this aswell and its due to poor circulation. Just have a look up on it, its not dangerous but can cause alot of discomfort. I get it in my legs and it my hands, you need to keep them up, and dont sleep on your hands.
