Lime wire fire wall?

how can i change my fire wall settings because for some reason i can yous limewire it keeps on starting connection and will not go anywhere else

I had same problem at a clients house. It wasn't the firewall but an application problem. The fix is to delete a preferences folder. In windows xp it was located in my documents I believe. I found the answer on gnutellaforums.com and left you a link. If your using XP seach for a folder called ".limewire" and delete it, otherwise search the forum below for your answer

i have limewire and that has never happened to me. maybe its loading. limewire usually takes awhile to load

if i remember correctly, and dont quote me, i had this problem with limewire and i had to download service pak 2 from windows update. i know i had to download that for some reason and im thinking it was for limewire.

Best thing to do is bin LimeWire and use BitTorrents, LimeWire is so full of virusus!
