You should call the Geek Squad or someone to fix it.  You may need a more upgraded version of software to get it

Ask for the firm tofu when dining out in Indianapolis.  It downloads quickest in the Chinese restaurants.  Lime is best but lemon will be just as tasty especially if you get a real live wire server.  You might also find this in the Cantonese cuisine.  Enjoy and don't forget a hot cup of java.  Thank you.  Hope this is helpful.
